empty beer tapsherbal tea absence
I found some disappointing aspects . the advertised bistro and bar were not operational. There was only an unmanned bar with empty taps. it felt misleading. also, i noticed the absence of herbal tea options in the room, despite asking. i got herbal tea only the second night, and only after i asked someone different.

the location was definitely convenient for getting around. the staff was friendly and helpful with local suggestions (i even got some great tips on nearby restaurants).
the room felt a little dated, and the lighting was not great. also, i found it quite noisy at night (i could hear street traffic even on a higher floor).

the location rocks! i walked super easy to the space needle and pike place market. check in was quick and samson is awesome, so helpful and friendly! my room, the urban queen, felt new, quiet, and the tv had tons of channels. the doughnut shop across the street, bonus!
the resort fee felt weird because it included things i did not even use, like the bicycles or the reusable water bottle.

my urban queen room was super clean and so cheerful! the bed was ultra comfortable and i love the pineapple theme. it was nice that the room had dark curtains to block out the morning light.

the staff was helpful and super quick with requests! samson at the front desk helped me find great places to eat nearby. i was impressed with the staff willingness to keep my luggage before check in.

the hotel location rocks! i walked to the space needle and the market easily. public transport was also close. its central location made it easy to explore all parts of the city.
